Thanks to Bigsis, and 'Billys Ma n Pa' for their help in getting a treadmill sorted out. It's now up and running after getting a desk sorted out for the laptop. In fact I'm actually on it now at a speed of 3.5mph no less. Only 1497 miles to Lands End  ;)

So that you can keep up with my progress, I've added the following page to the Walk Free campaign section of the main site.

The walk free map has been significantly updated since I last posted it.

http://www.wronglyaccusedperson.org.uk/fund-raising/walk-free-campaign/walk-free-map-developing/

I've also started to work out the route and distances a little better, scary!

Posted at 3.7 mph!  :P

I've had a day off from the training today, not for any bad reason. Just had things to do that can't be done on the move.

Tomorrow I'll be covering 10 miles in support of Luke Mitchell. Like I have already done for Nick Rose and Jordan Towers, I will be posting a picture on facebook, Luke's supporters can then demonstrate that they are behind him by tagging themselves in the photo.

I'll post a link to it tomorrow when I start.

Today I'm wearing a T-shirt in support of Luke Mitchell - wrongly convicted of murdering Jodi Jones. His case is currently being reviewed by the SCCRC. Please tag your name anywhere in this picture in support of his innocence.

I had originally planned on doing 10 miles, but after 2 hours decided to carry on and went for 15 instead.

In today's training, I am highlighting not so much a single case, but an organisation which has provided an enormous amount of support for many cases. Set up by Andrew Green and Jane Austin in 1993, Innocent highlights in many ways the sheer scale of the problem.

Please tag yourself anywhere in this picture in support of their support along with the many cases you will find listed on the website above.

Following on from yesterday, today during training I am highlighting the UAI (United Against Injustice). The actual walk is being timed around next years annual meeting which is the 10th one and will be on the 8th October in Birmingham. Please visit - http://www.unitedagainstinjustice.org.uk/aboutuai.html for more information and to be kept up to date with more details of the meeting when they are available.

You may also find on the site member organisations in your area which meet monthly and are an excellent resource to draw on each other's experiences and help each other out.

Please do tag yourself anywhere in this picture in support of what everyone involved has achieved.

Today's Walk Free training is being done in recognition of the time, effort, support and commitment given selflessly by Sandra Lean to people unfortunate enough to experience injustice.

There are few who would spend the enormous amount of time going through paperwork so methodically and precisely so as to consider what every tiny detail actually means. Yet she does all this not because of any direct personal connection with MOJs but simply because she cares.

She has been and continues to be a great help for me both personally and in a more professional sense. I am very fortunate to have met her and proud to know her as I know a great many others are.

Sandra is the author of 'No Smoke - The Shocking Truth About British Justice' - http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1906628009?tag=wronaccupers-21&camp=1406&creative=6394&linkCode=as1&creativeASIN=1906628009&adid=1QG3W58D9HD12PE7HP7T& It was her research into this book which saw her effectively being head hunted as a candidate for a PhD. I am sure her PhD when complete will be very revealing in terms of what the general public think they know about the Justice system and be a great benefit to MOJ victims across the UK. Even now in the final stages of that PhD, she is still finding time to help and support those who need it.

Doing what she does hasn't come without it's hassles but attempts to undermine only make her stronger just as attempts to divide make her more resolute over the need for and benefit of unity.

She is quite simply one in a million. Please tag yourself anywhere in this picture as a thank you for all that she does. - http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=461016&l=e092ecae43&id=1755326327

"Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. " - Martin Luther King Jr., Letter from Birmingham Jail, April 16, 1963

Over the past weeks there has been considerable interest in the Walk Free campaing with requests to have cases from overseas included. Though I will set aside a day to recognise injustices everywhere, it would be impossible to feature all individual cases in the same way that UK cases are being. Laws, and hence the causes, will be different depending on location.

What I have suggested to those who have requested is that it would be an excellent demonstration of solidarity between nations, if someone from their country were to walk a similar distance at the same time. In doing so they can raise money for organisations which support the wrongly accused/convicted in their own areas while at the same time highlight individual cases too.

I am more than willing to help them with websites etc. if they need assistance and would link to their campaigns from the Walk Free pages on http://www.wronglyaccusedperson.org.uk/

Please tag yourself anywhere in this picture in support of those suffering from injustice ANYWHERE.

Today's Walk Free training is being done in support of someone who was wrongly convicted of a historical abuse charge. Unfortunately due to the nature of the case there can't be a website and he can't be named.

So, instead I am linking to a support forum which deals with this kind of case which have become extremely common and happen for a whole host of reasons be they for financial gain or an act of revenge of some sort. While I am walking for a specific person, please tag yourself in support of all those wrongly accused/convicted of abuse. - http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=465648&l=3ebe917f13&id=1755326327
