Here is another program, written and produced by Peter Hill. This one demonstrates very clearly just how badly the Scottish Justice System has gone wrong. It's 60 minutes long but will leave you absolutely shocked at just how bad things are in Scotland even now in 2010.

JUSTICE IN SCOTLAND

Just remember, it could be you at the police station being questioned over something you haven't done, asking to speak to your solicitor before the realisation that in Scotland you won't get one until 6 hours of manipulative interrogation has passed.
