It was suggested that I should make available the comments sent directly to the site (Wrongly Accused Person) through the contact page by way of demonstrating the messages of support both me and the site have received. Since I consider that these messages will be encouraging to all members of the site I think it is justifiable. I keep every message in a seperate folder in my inbox since each one means a lot to me personally. However, it is in the contacters interests to have their identity kept anonymous unless they specifically choose not to. Only messages with concent to be posted are included but I hope members find their support in turn to them also.

Since this thread is specifically for messages sent directly to the site, no posts are permitted in this thread.

just to say that you must have gone through hell and with you now prepared to help others - it says a lot about you and i wish you all the best in your quest for more support for wrongly accused persons - i think it is dispicable that these situations are happening so often - the whole system should be changed but i suppose it will take a lot to do that = good luck and keep up the good work - remember that plenty people in shetland and other places do support you .

it is the truth and i knew by your face that you were innocent from the start- that is why it affected me so much and when i saw your parents huggin you outside it was so heart rendering - you deserve all the support you get - you were just in the wrong place at wrong time and so easy to accuse you - too easy is my opinion - everyone i speak to says the same

This is a fantastic site, and it fills a much needed gap. There are so many people who get caught up in this nightmare and who have nowhere to turn to for help - now they do. I'm so sorry to hear about the terrible treatment you received, following the tragic loss of your baby daughter, and I think it takes a special kind of strength to come away from that determined to help others, rather than letting the anger and bitterness destroy you. I am certain the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (what was the Law Society) will be happy to provide you with a list of those firms of Solicitors which deal with criminal work and which are very likely to be interested in your site and your aims.

I think what you are trying to do is very commendable and I wish you every success.

I am sorry to hear of your miscarriage of justice and especially of the loss of your daughter. I myself am still recovering over 2 years on from falsely being convicted of a crime although not as serious as the one you were accused of. Before this happened to me i had faith in the British justice stystem and human nature, but now it will take an awfully long time for that faith to be restored. I always believed that a jury had to have no doubt about a persons guilt but as i found from my case even with enough doubt to win 10 cases, countless defence witnesses and a very weak prosecution case still juries can get it so wrong. Best of luck with your case.

Hi there I would just like to say I know what you are going through as I have been falsly accused yet by a fellow co,worker and he has made my life narly unbearble I have had people threaten me both phisicaly also verbaly there is so much to say on this yet I cant say much here as one of his side kick is right behind me I hope to tell you all more later. ok all the very best by for now,

Hi Jane,

The messages posted in this particular thread are general messages received by the site through the contact form where permission to publish has been given and there are no legally sensitive details within them. As far as I know Kevin and Steve are not members of the forum so I doubt you will get a reply to your welcome message. Nevertheless they will be able to view it, thanks.
