Good that you're still with us, Toth. I hope you've left your Columbo mac behind and gained some sort of fresh perspective from your brush with death.

Hi my name is sean , for almost 3 yrs ive been fighting with scottish law to clear my name and get my children home were they belong . 10th August i was charged with rape and sexual abusing my 2 step-daughters , 1 of them refused to give evidence because it was proven that on the dates i was charged and she claimed this happened it was proved it was impossible for me to have ever met her simply because i never new she excisted . the other girl gave evidence for 4 days constantly changing her story and answers before she finally admitted it did not happen , Although she had finally admitted none of this had happened the sheriff established all grounds against me . this case was thrown out of glasgow sheriff court on the 11th aug.2009 for further investigation but was then takin in to a referal court were hear say can be used as truth, if , but , may be can also be used . If ever id been in a kangaroo court then this was it , i didnt stand a chance no matter how many times and how many questions i answered truthly of which i answered all questions truthly . My life finished unless someone knows a way i can clear my name , thank you for reading this if u can help then pls let me know

Hi Sean and Carrie,

Welcome to the forum :)

Carrie, since you're outwith the UK, can I suggest you start a thread in this board - http://forum.wronglyaccusedperson.org.uk/cases-from-outwith-the-uk/ - which will hopefully make it easier to find for people more local to you :)
